Customer specifications are strictly observed onsofar as it is technically practical to do so. Variations are never implemented without prior written agreement. At every stage in the manufacturing procedure, great care is exercised to ensure that each product will meet customer expectations and conform with statutory regulations and ICW's own exacting quality standards. All finished goods are subject to final pre-consignment inspection by a senior manager.
