ICW Receive Re-Accreditation

ICW UK Ltd have been re-accredited by Investors in People for their excellence in people and performance management.

Investors in People (IIP), a Community Interest Company, drive for better leadership and workplaces through a set of rigorous solutions.  This involves an organisational survey, data crunching and one-to-one focus groups from IIP’s dedicated experts.

ICW were tested on their managerial system, employee feedback and employee investment and various other factors and demonstrated continuous improvement and sustainable success to achieve the re-accreditation.
