Our Processes

We want to make working with us as easy as possible, which includes not only manufacturing and delivering, but also the paperwork side of things. To make things even clearer we outlined what the processes are below.

Quote Process:

1. Request for quote received via e-mail or telephone
2. Unique quote number is generated
3. Quote is calculated
4. If required drawing in support of quote is created by CAD
5. Quote, supporting drawings & information passed to customer
6. Quote is filed with supporting calculations, drawings & information
7. Quote is then either:
   1. Revised
   2. Becomes an order

Manufacturing Process:

1. Order received from customer (reference unique quote no)
2. Order entered onto computer system & unique order number generated
3. Manufacturing drawings created
4. Order bond materials ordered from suppliers
5. Route card created for shop floor
6. Stock materials issued
7. Route card & drawings issued to shop floor
8. Order manufactured referencing route card & drawings
9. Completed order inspected & signed off.
10. Order packed ready for dispatch
11. Order dispatched.
